Cleaning and caretaker services

Summary

The Stiftung Hamburger Öffentliche Bücherhallen is procuring services for its central library and administration, 32 branch libraries, and associated book buses and offices in Hamburg, under four lots: (1) routine and special cleaning, (2) carpet, hard-floor and upholstery cleaning, (3) caretaker and technical services, particularly plumbing and sanitation, and (4) cleaning of glass and frames across the sites, approximately 8,000 m². The services are planned to start on 1 April 2027 for four years, with an option to extend by up to a further six years.
