Summary

The tender concerns a fire alarm system and the electrical installations for the new JLU material and energy building, including low- and medium-voltage installations up to 36 kV. Bids must be submitted by 1 October 2026. The bidder must demonstrate comparable previous experience, the availability of the required personnel and proper registration, and must submit the required declarations concerning taxes, wages, sanctions and exclusion grounds. During contract performance, the bidder must comply with requirements concerning German-language communication, site management, documentation and subcontractor controls.
