Energy-efficient renovation of Building AB – building design services

Summary

Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is procuring building design services for the comprehensive structural, functional and energy-efficient renovation of Building AB at Albrechtstraße 30, with an area of approximately 5,287 m². The work includes planning the roofs, the auditorium’s ventilation and technical systems, the south façade, foyer heating and sanitary facilities, coordinating specialist design and taking account of the need to maintain university operations. The estimated cost of the overall project is approximately EUR 8.2 million, of which about EUR 0.5 million is allocated to media technology; the design services cover HOAI service phases 1–9 and will be commissioned in four stages.
