Masonry and structural shell works for the refurbishment of the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior building

Summary

Staatliches Baumanagement Hannover is procuring structural works for the general refurbishment of the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Digitalisation at Lavesallee 6 in Hannover. The works cover masonry and wall openings, drilling and concrete work, temporary supports, ceiling alterations, and structural strengthening with approximately 130 m of bonded carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates. A second phase includes excavation and foundations for an external escape staircase, including four micropiles, followed by sampling, analysis and disposal of mineral construction waste. The works are planned in two phases: the main works from approximately January to June 2027 and the external foundations around March 2028; the procurement is not divided into lots.
