Interior plastering for the renovation of the former Beyer & Co. lead-crystal factory

The municipality of Altenstadt a.d. Waldnaab is procuring interior plastering works for the renovation of the former Beyer & Co. lead-crystal factory’s administrative building at Baptist-Kraus-Straße 5. The work includes preparing and repairing wall surfaces, installing plaster profiles and reinforcement, applying renovation and lime plasters, and treating basement walls with renovation slurry. The schedule includes, among other quantities, 510 m² of interior base plaster, 635 m² of mineral finish plaster and 595 m² of basement slurry treatment; works are planned for May to July 2027.
