Rainscreen facade works

Summary

The tender covers facade works for the renovation, alteration and extension of Fire Station 1 in Munich, including approximately 1,100 m² of mineral-wool insulation, 1,200 m² of aluminium or stainless-steel substructure, 900 m² of fibre-cement panels, 200 m² of aluminium sheet cassettes, ventilation and finishing sheets, fire barriers and related facade components. The works are scheduled from 1 February 2027 to 30 June 2027. The average annual turnover from comparable works over the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 1,000,000 net. The bidder must demonstrate relevant facade experience from the last five calendar years, including completed projects with fibre-cement cladding exceeding EUR 250,000 net and steel sheet cassettes on an Aggraffen substructure exceeding EUR 170,000 net. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion.
