Supply of a fully electric eHLF 20 fire and rescue vehicle and firefighting equipment

Summary

The City of Leipzig is procuring, in eight lots, a fully electric eHLF 20 fire and rescue vehicle meeting DIN 14530 Part 27, together with its firefighting equipment. Lot 1 covers the vehicle; Lots 2–8 cover, among other items, standard equipment, water-system fittings, a water-damage kit, a high-performance fan, hydraulic rescue tools, tool cases, and lifting cushions and a fall-protection system. Deliveries and technical details must be coordinated as set out in the tender documents. The performance period for the vehicle lot runs from award until 31 December 2028; the period for Lot 2 ends on 15 January 2028. The vehicle will undergo three quality inspections at the supplier’s premises, and final acceptance includes a test drive in Leipzig with the vehicle fully equipped. The contracting authority extended the bid submission deadline to 19 November 2026 at 09:00. Bids must be submitted electronically using the buyer’s forms and in German. Bidders must provide a suitability self-declaration and comply with the technical, documentation and pricing requirements.
