The supply must also include two measurement and data-processing computers, the necessary software and peripherals, accessories, and introductory and specialist training. The system will be used, among other things, to analyse coccidiostats, pharmacologically active substances, ergot alkaloids and PFAS in feed samples. The bidder must demonstrate the required comparable experience and be able to provide a technical specialist on site within 48 hours in the event of a fault. The offer must include manufacturer specifications, the required references and publications, test-measurement results, and evidence of software validation. Mandatory technical requirements include compatibility with the laboratory’s temperature, gas, space, electrical and network conditions, as well as proof of instrument performance after installation. A warranty of at least 24 months, an on-site response within two working days, and free telephone support for at least 10 years are required. The delivery period is six weeks or as agreed with the contracting authority; installation and commissioning should be possible by 17 December 2026. The offer deadline is 4 November 2026 at 08:00, and questions may be submitted until 28 October 2026. Price accounts for up to 30 of the 100 points; the remaining points depend on technical performance and other evaluation aspects set out in the tender documents.
