Flat roof waterproofing works

Summary

The tender concerns demolition of the existing flat roof and installation of new roof waterproofing and related construction works at Richard Wagner Grammar School in Bayreuth. The works include removing and disposing of approximately 150 m² of the existing flat-roof build-up, waterproofing approximately 410 m² of flat roofs with a bitumen vapour barrier, mineral-wool tapered insulation and bitumen roofing membranes, roof drainage, installation of a roof window, parapet extensions and coverings, and a fall-protection cable system along the roof edge.
