Metalwork for the Nuremberg Administrative Centre, Regensburger Straße 104–106

Summary

The contract covers metalwork for the conversion of part of the Federal Employment Agency’s administrative centre in Nuremberg. The work includes office doors and glazed partitions, fire- and smoke-protection doors, door operators, glass balustrades, and installation of four new rooflights measuring approximately 25 × 3 m, with associated smoke-venting and external shading systems. Glazing is also to be replaced in four existing rooflights. The contractor is responsible, among other things, for surveys, workshop and installation drawings, evidence, installation, commissioning and documentation, and must coordinate its work with other construction trades. The contract period is 4 January 2027 to 28 August 2028; the rooflight works must be completed by 15 November 2027. The offer must be submitted in German using the contracting authority’s forms by 3 November 2026 at 08:00. Bidders must provide the required eligibility and compliance declarations and meet the technical, safety and confidentiality requirements in the tender documents.
