Landkreis Leipzig is procuring technical building services planning for the construction of the Borna road maintenance depot, construction phases 1–4. The scope covers water, wastewater and gas systems, heating, ventilation, power, telecommunications and information systems, lifting equipment, use-specific and process systems, and building automation. The services cover HOAI service phases 1–8, from initial planning through construction supervision and documentation, commissioned in three stages; phase 9 is a separate contractual relationship.
