Disposal of Lippeverband screenings waste, including container provision, exchange and transport, and recovery of screenings waste

Summary

The procurement covers the collection of screenings waste from Lippeverband wastewater facilities and other sites, including the rental and provision of containers, container exchange, transport, and proper recovery or disposal of the waste. It is divided into two lots: facilities in the western area and facilities in the eastern area. The contract period is from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031. The estimated western-area volume is 3,500 container transports and 6,500 tonnes of waste; the eastern-area volume is 3,400 container transports and 7,200 tonnes of waste. The bidder must ensure four years of continuous waste-management capacity, suitable containers, authorised treatment facilities, compliant transport and round-the-clock standby for exceptional collections.
