Framework agreement for conference hotels 2028–2031

Summary

The tender covers framework agreements for seminar hotels in Bavaria and a separate accommodation-only service in Munich for 2028–2031. Hotels must provide one- to four-day seminars for 7–50 participants, including accommodation, breakfast, catering, meeting rooms, equipment and organisational support. Each hotel must have at least three-star status, be located in Bavaria and be accessible by public transport; hotels more than 1.5 km from a stop must provide a free shuttle service. The separate Munich accommodation hotel must be within 2 km of Rupprechtstrasse 40 and provide rooms of at least 18 m². The tender, price schedule, suitability questionnaire, required declarations and evidence of compliance must be submitted in German by 23 October 2026 at 8:00. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation; the remaining points concern hotel classification, public-transport access, charging stations, and the use of seasonal and regional products.
