Floor covering works

Summary

The tender concerns floor covering works for the Paul-Gerhardt School in Freising as part of its conversion into an inclusive all-day primary school. The scope includes approximately 3,000 m² of linoleum flooring, approximately 100 m² of linoleum on stairs, approximately 1,800 m of wooden skirting boards and various fitting works. The plans also provide for tile, wood and parquet flooring works, sanding and surface treatment of wooden floors, screed renovation and new entrance mats. The works are scheduled for 2 November to 18 December 2026. The tenderer must submit financial and suitability information, demonstrate comparable experience, provide the required declarations and registrations, and comply with the detailed flooring plans and technical requirements, including the specified slip-resistance classes, DIN 18560 screed requirements and load limits.
