The University Hospital of Giessen and Marburg is procuring sanitary installation works for the conversion of its central operating department at the Marburg site. The scope includes water and wastewater systems, related dismantling, demolition, protection, site setup and temporary works, as well as maintenance and inspection of building services. Construction will be carried out in three phases while the hospital remains operational; the contract is not divided into lots.
