The contract covers routine cleaning of the Charles-Hallgarten School branch in Frankfurt and its schoolyard, as well as annual deep cleaning, over 48 months. Routine cleaning covers 1,931.95 m² of indoor space, including classrooms, sanitary facilities, the library, offices and staff rooms, and corridors. The schoolyard covers 1,640.90 m² and is to be cleaned weekly. Deep cleaning is required once a year across 1,931.95 m², with four cleanings stated for the contract period. The specification also provides for a cleaning operative to work two hours per day, Monday to Friday, and for up to 2,000 hours of call-off special cleaning over the full contract term. The estimated call-off hours do not guarantee that all hours will be ordered or paid for. Deep cleaning excludes Kugelgarn-type carpet flooring. The bidder must submit three relevant references for cleaning at schools or universities; each site must cover at least 1,500 m², and work more than two years old is generally not accepted.
