Demolition and hazardous-material removal works at Building 4 of Münster Justice Centre

Summary

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Münster is procuring demolition and hazardous-material remediation for Building 4 of the Münster Justice Centre as part of the ventilation-system renewal project. The works include removing hazardous old mineral-wool insulation from suspended ceilings and ducts, demolishing ceiling and floor elements, setting up contained work areas, cleaning, sorting and disposing of waste, and providing completion documentation. The quantities include approximately 195 m² of contaminated suspended ceiling, 260 m of contaminated duct insulation and 1,350 m² of coarse and fine cleaning. The contract is not divided into lots.
