External construction supervision for the A3 Ruhr Bridge replacement

Summary

Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is procuring construction management and site supervision for the replacement of the Ruhr Bridge on the A3 near Duisburg. The service covers construction of a six-span steel-composite bridge measuring 340.30 m in length and 15,177 m² in deck area, together with associated road restoration and drainage structures, including two new river outfalls and approximately 40 m of DN 1200 pipeline. The supervision period is expected to run from November 2026 until the planned completion in the third quarter of 2031; the noise barrier is procured separately.
