Framework agreement for construction and modification works at main venues

Summary

The tender covers the provision, delivery, installation, coordination, securing, maintenance, standby support, dismantling and removal of temporary event and exhibition structures at the main Berlinale venues. The framework agreement runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028 and covers the 77th Berlinale in 2027 and the 78th Berlinale in 2028, with an option to continue for 2029 and 2030. The procurement is divided into three lots and no minimum order volume is guaranteed. The bidder must submit an electronic tender in German, including a price sheet for each desired lot, technical descriptions and the required evidence. The work includes construction drawings, timber and metal structures, platforms, flooring, rooms and partitions, counters, lighting, cabling, ramps and on-site technical personnel. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and quality and execution (40%).
