Second round – Demolition and masonry works at Blumenstraße 93, Building 7

Summary

The City of Solingen is procuring demolition and masonry works as part of the heritage-sensitive renovation of the listed Metallfachschule at Blumenstraße 93, Building 7. The works include demolishing approximately 150 m² of masonry, carrying out around 100 m² of partial masonry and timber infill work, closing approximately 60 m of former service chases, and concreting around 70 openings in floor slabs. The procurement comprises one lot.
