Automated multi-plate live-cell imaging system

Summary

The Technical University of Munich is procuring an integrated, automated multi-plate live-cell imaging system for long-term cellular and translational experiments involving nucleic-acid-based interventions. The system must culture and image at least four microtitre plates unattended, provide spinning-disk confocal, widefield fluorescence and label-free imaging, and include automated plate handling, autofocus, timed liquid addition, image-analysis software, installation, commissioning and user training. No lots are planned; delivery and installation are due within eight weeks of award.
