Building automation for Anna-Seghers-Straße

Summary

The City of Brühl is procuring building automation for a new four-storey residential building with 29 dwellings and a six-group daycare centre. The works cover three automation centres controlling the kitchen and daycare ventilation systems and heating systems, daycare room controls, a fire-damper network, halogen-free cabling, web access and fault-message forwarding. The contract also includes installation, configuration, testing and handover documentation, with post-completion staff instruction, system tuning and maintenance services priced separately.
