Fire extinguisher maintenance, inspection and fire drills

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, inspection, repair, disposal, replacement and supply of fire extinguishers, together with fire-safety training for staff. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers 11 service buildings in Berlin, Brandenburg and Würzburg, Lot 2 covers the service building in Gera, and Lot 3 covers the service building in Stralsund. The contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, for 48 months. The bidder must submit a complete electronic tender by 7 October 2026 at 10:00. All required prices and information must be provided; tenders covering only part of the services will not be evaluated. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100% of the evaluation. Alternative tenders are not permitted. The bidder must maintain the required liability insurance and be able to provide commercial-register, tax and social-security payment evidence when requested.
