The tender concerns routine cleaning of the primary school and after-school care building at Südallee 100 in Düsseldorf. The bid must include complete object calculations, labour-rate calculations, a cleaning concept with supporting evidence and the required suitability documents. Missing object calculations or labour-rate calculations may result in immediate exclusion. The bidder must provide qualified object management and supervision, use electronic quality control, and maintain electronic time records and monthly reports.
