Framework agreement for the maintenance, repair, replacement, sale and disposal of fire extinguishers

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for the maintenance, repair, replacement purchase, sale and disposal of fire extinguishers and fire-extinguishing systems for public administration facilities in Schleswig-Holstein and other public-sector bodies. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for 24 months and may be extended twice by one year, up to a maximum total term of four years. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 527,000. The scope includes inspections, maintenance, repairs, refilling, disposal, delivery of new equipment, replacement parts and on-site fire-safety training. Approximately 100 orders per year may be expected, but no minimum order volume is guaranteed.
