Extension of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA)

Summary

The City of Witten is procuring an extension of Software Assurance for its existing Microsoft licences under the German federal Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. The schedule covers Microsoft office, client access, Windows, Exchange, SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services and server products, with quantities ranging from 2 to 1,050. The planned term starts on 1 March 2027 and runs for 36 months, with two optional 12-month extensions. The contract also includes the Microsoft partner’s support during procurement and operation.
