The procurement covers archaeological investigations carried out before and during construction for the redevelopment of Obstmarkt, across an area of approximately 12,000 m². The redevelopment includes renewal of load-bearing and surface layers, tree planting, a fountain with an underground chamber, infiltration trenches, filter shafts, and utility and drainage pipelines, with excavation depths of up to 3 m.
