Supply of six Type C ambulances in accordance with DIN EN 1789:2024

Summary

Six Type C ambulances are being procured for the Saarland rescue service in accordance with DIN EN 1789:2024. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers six base vehicles, and Lot 2 covers the conversion of six vehicles into Type C ambulances. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots; the contracting authority may award the lots to different bidders or as one combined contract. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 November 2026 at 12:00. Bidders will remain bound by their offers until 29 January 2027. Alternative bids are not permitted. The most economically advantageous offer will be selected using the award criteria set out in the tender documents, including the pricing schedule. Bidders must submit the required forms and evidence, including at least three relevant references completed within the last three years; each reference must cover delivery of at least five vehicles. The bid must be complete and include all required information and evidence. Bidders must undertake to comply with Saarland pay and equal-treatment requirements and ensure that subcontractors and temporary labour providers observe the same obligations.
