Interior metalwork

Summary

The tender concerns interior metalwork for the conversion and extension of the former US military hospital into the FUBIC Innovation Center in Berlin-Lichterfelde. The works include folded steel stair treads, stair stringers and railings in stairwells A, B and C, steel stair structures, elevator door portals, a foyer staircase, cafeteria railing elements, scaffolding, documentation and ordered hourly works. The tender deadline is 5 October 2026 at 00:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in German using the prescribed forms. Price is the only award criterion. The contractor must comply with the specified technical, safety, environmental, waste-management and documentation requirements, including work on weekdays only from 07:00 to 19:00.
