Cleaning and dishwashing services for the Hannover Town Hall canteen and Gartensaal restaurant

The City of Hanover is procuring cleaning and dishwashing services for the town hall canteen in the New Town Hall and the Gartensaal restaurant from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031. The work includes regular and event-related cleaning, intensive cleaning, glass cleaning and dishwashing. The stated volumes include 19,420 dishwashing hours for the canteen and 12,000 for the Gartensaal over four years, as well as 200 event-cleaning hours for the canteen, 1,960 for the Gartensaal and 576 hours of glass cleaning.
