Summary

DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements with pharmaceutical companies for medicines containing the active ingredient botulinum toxin type A, incobotulinum only (ATC M03AX21). The agreements will run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028 and will end automatically when a new exclusive agreement takes effect.
