Open-house medicine rebate agreements for the active ingredient darbepoetin alfa

Summary

The procurement concerns non-exclusive medicine rebate agreements for medicines containing the active ingredient darbepoetin alfa (ATC B03XA02). Agreements may be concluded at any time under the open-house model during the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. Medicines included in the BfArM list of children’s medicines under Section 35(5a) of the German Social Code Book V are excluded.
