Landscape construction and vegetation works

Summary

The tender covers landscape construction and vegetation works for the new Fridolfing primary school. The contractor must supply and plant trees, fruit trees, shrubs, roses, perennials and bulbs; prepare planting areas and soil; install 175 m² of coconut-fibre erosion-control matting; establish approximately 150 m² of lawn and 800 m² of wildflower meadow; carry out planting, watering, mulching and establishment care; and provide development and maintenance care for two years. The works include approximately 350 m² of compost-based soil improvement, 1,280 m² of fine grading, four standard trees, six fruit trees and 43 solitary shrubs. Work will take place while the school remains in operation, so safe access, escape routes, traffic arrangements, site security and minimal disruption must be maintained. The contractor must coordinate with other trades, keep at least one delivery route available and include required protection, safety, cleaning and ancillary work in the unit prices. The site inspection is recommended but not mandatory. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 8 October 2026 at 14:45 and remain valid for 60 days.
