Energy inspections of heating, domestic hot-water heating and air-conditioning systems

Summary

The tender concerns energy inspections of heating, domestic hot-water heating, air-conditioning and combined ventilation and air-conditioning systems at the contracting authority’s properties across Germany. The contractor must inspect the systems on site, review documents, perform measurements with calibrated equipment, assess efficiency and condition, identify and economically evaluate energy-saving measures, and prepare reports and measure catalogues. Reports must be delivered in German in PDF and Excel format. A separate Excel catalogue is required for each property, together with a consolidated master table suitable for direct processing in Power BI. The master table must be maintained and updated on the DRACOON exchange platform. The contractor must also present the results and provide final reports within the stated deadlines. The price is the only award criterion. The tender deadline is 12 October 2026 at 11:00; alternative tenders are not permitted.
