Interior plastering works

Summary

The State Building Authority Munich 1 is procuring interior plastering works for the second phase of the general refurbishment of the Salvatorstrasse service building in Munich. The works include protecting windows, doors and heating pipes; removing existing coatings and plaster; preparing and repairing surfaces; applying interior plaster, thermal-insulation plaster and fire-protection plaster to walls and ceilings; and installing associated profiles and boards. The bill of quantities includes approximately 1,950 m² of two-coat wall plaster, 1,180 m² of thermal-insulation plaster and 1,100 m² of fire-protection plaster for ceilings over 3.5 m high.
