Gas, water and drainage installations within buildings – sanitary riser renovation

Summary

The tender covers the complete renewal of sanitary systems at an existing refugee reception facility at Groß-Berliner Damm 59 in Berlin. The works concern 26 risers and approximately 128 residential units, including dismantling existing sanitary fixtures and riser pipework, installing new drinking-water and wastewater systems, providing hygienic flushing equipment and fire-stop seals, and fitting out kitchens, toilets and washrooms with sanitary installations.
