Commvault Maintenance Contract Extension

Summary

The procurement concerns a 36-month extension, starting on 1 January 2027, of the support and maintenance agreement for the AOK Rechenzentrum’s on-premises Commvault capacity licences. The agreement covers 1,259 TB of Commvault Backup & Recovery and 90 TB of Commvault File Optimization licences. During the contract, the buyer may order an additional 300 TB of Backup & Recovery licences for the period from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2029, but is not obliged to do so. The bidder must provide round-the-clock support in German at first and second level, with a two-hour response time. To participate, the bidder must complete the pricing sheet and demonstrate its Commvault partner and reseller authorization, the availability of at least three employees with valid Commvault Services Associate certifications, and access to documentation for FlexFrame integration.
