Loose furniture for ancillary interior spaces

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of loose furniture and equipment for ancillary interior spaces in the new Museum of Concrete Art and Design in Ingolstadt. The scope includes pallet trucks, lifting equipment, pallets, transport carts, heavy-duty and light-duty shelving, workshop cabinets, a plan chest, a painting storage wall and hanging system, LED floor lamps, mobile workbenches, stools, ladders, a rolling step, and a safe. Delivery and installation are scheduled for 01 February to 19 February 2027 at the museum in Ingolstadt. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 07 October 2026 at 10:15 and remain valid until 06 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion, and alternative bids are not permitted. The supplier must include delivery to the site, transport to the final location, unpacking, assembly or installation, packaging and waste removal, and protection of adjacent structures. Products must comply with the detailed technical specifications; equivalent products are possible only where equivalence is properly demonstrated. Timber products require FSC, PEFC or equivalent sustainability evidence.
