Routine, deep and special cleaning services for Lots C, D and E

Summary

The procurement covers routine, deep and special cleaning of the City of Bergisch Gladbach’s buildings under Lots C, D and E. The work includes regular cleaning, removal of visible dirt, periodic thorough cleaning of rooms and furnishings, waste separation and removal, and deep cleaning of floors; additional special and deep-cleaning work may be ordered when needed. Deep cleaning is generally to take place during the summer holidays and, at school sites, within the first five weeks of the summer break. Lots C and D run from 1 April 2027 to 30 June 2030; Lot E runs from 1 May 2027 to 30 June 2031. For each lot bid, the bidder must provide at least two distinct references and meet the specified qualification and quality-system evidence requirements. The bid, pricing documents and required declarations must be submitted electronically only by 3 November 2026 at 09:00. After award, the contractor must plan the service and quality controls; the required annual average quality rating is at least 80%.
