Supply and installation of an automatic two-leaf swing gate with pedestrian gate, including a maintenance contract

Summary

The tender concerns dismantling the existing gate at the Deutscher Wetterdienst site in Oberschleißheim and supplying, installing, commissioning and maintaining a new automatic two-leaf swing gate with a lockable pedestrian gate. The works also include electrical, foundation and paving works, disposal of the old gate, documentation and training for at least two representatives of the contracting authority. The gate must cover an entrance approximately 7.15 m wide, be operable by remote control, key switches and telephone, and allow programmable opening and closing times. Key requirements include an RAL 7016 finish, aluminium gate leaves and pedestrian gate, at least three steel posts, compliance with DIN EN 13241 and VDE requirements, IP65 protection and IK09 impact resistance. Work must start within one week after contract award, installation and commissioning must be completed within six weeks, and final completion and handover within eight weeks.
