Timber construction and roof waterproofing works for the general renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier

Summary

The tender covers timber construction and roof waterproofing works for the general renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier. The works include approximately 45 m³ of glulam timber, 47 m³ of structural timber, 1,980 m² of roof boarding, 1,960 m² of insulation and 1,980 m² of roof waterproofing, including approximately 220 m² of valley fall boards. The scope also includes seven louvre roof ventilation units, a roof access hatch with a folding stair, approximately 280 m of a safety cable system, 308 m of parapet cappings and 1,650 m² of horizontal building waterproofing. Work must start in calendar week 16 of 2027 and be completed in calendar week 36 of 2027. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 10:15. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. To participate, a company must demonstrate the required registration, liability insurance, at least three comparable references, and proper compliance with tax, social security and professional insurance obligations.
