Mixed-water sewer canal construction works at Altenberge New Town Hall

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a mixed-water sewer canal for the New Town Hall Altenberge (Neues Rathaus Altenberge). The works involve laying a mixed-water canal from Kirchstraße to the inner courtyard of the town hall and to the Bürgerhaus, to be carried out after the demolition of the old town hall building. The project includes approximately 80 m2 of pavement/area to be cleared, about 25 m of concrete DN 300 storm/wastewater sewer, about 120 m of mixed-water canal DN 300/400 in GFK pipes, and around 80 m of service connections. Start is planned for 11 January 2027 with completion by 30 March 2027.
