Cleaning services for rehabilitation clinics

Summary

The tender concerns regular cleaning services for three rehabilitation clinic locations in Germany. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots: Klinik Taubertal in Bad Mergentheim (14,436.44 m²), Klinik Lipperland in Bad Salzuflen (15,082.47 m²), Klinik Am Lietholz in Bad Salzuflen (12,506.72 m²), and Klinik Wingertsberg in Bad Homburg (13,031.26 m²). The contracts start in 2027, run mainly for 47 or 48 months and may be extended by two 12-month periods until 31 March 2033. Tenders are evaluated on price (50%) and the average performance value by room group (50%). The bidder must address declarations concerning insolvency, liquidation, Russia-related sanctions and anti-corruption obligations. On request, the bidder must provide register, tax and social-contribution evidence and a company presentation, generally no older than 12 months. An evidence of business liability insurance must also be provided after award. The tender documents specify a submission deadline of 10 September 2026 at 10:00.
