New construction of the Geradstetten Education Centre – grating ceilings

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply and installation of suspended steel grating ceilings for the new Geradstetten Education Centre. The works include single- and double-layer galvanized steel substructures and pressed grating panels, comprising 505 m² of substructure, 585 grating panels and additional edge, inspection and support elements according to the bill of quantities. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 8 October 2026 at 13:00. Price is the only award criterion; there are no lots or alternative tenders. The works must start on 15 February 2027 and be ready for acceptance by 3 May 2027. The bidder must allow for restricted storage and work areas, construction alongside ongoing educational activities, noise and dust restrictions, site logistics and the requirement to provide an authorised German-speaking representative for site meetings. The performance security is 5% of the contract value and the defects security is 3% of the amount of interim payments calculated at acceptance.
