Summary

The tender covers the supply, delivery, complete installation and commissioning of a two-storey temporary modular school building for eight classes at Loccumer Street 27 in Hanover. The building is approximately 14.545 m wide, 63.24 m long and 6.30 m high, with an approximate gross floor area of 1,840 m² and a volume of 5,794.90 m³. The contract includes foundations, planning and statutory evidence, all building services and electrical and safety systems, accessibility measures, testing, documentation, a 24-month rental period, maintenance, insurance, dismantling and removal. The contractor must prepare the works and installation plans, provide the required structural, energy, fire-safety, acoustic and technical evidence, arrange transport and lifting equipment, connect the building to the supplied utilities, and keep the facility operational throughout the rental period. Major construction works must be completed by the end of May 2027; assembly and commissioning are planned for a maximum of 12 weeks, and dismantling must take place no later than two weeks after the end of use. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 16 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Variants and multiple main bids are not permitted, and the bid must comply with the prescribed forms and technical specifications.
