Children’s and Youth Centre in Südstadt with Photovoltaic System: Demolition and New Construction

Summary

The City of Karlsruhe’s building and property management department is procuring heating and central hot-water systems for the new children’s and youth centre in Südstadt, which includes demolition and new construction and a photovoltaic system. The works include a district-heating transfer station of approximately 35 kW, underfloor heating for approximately 1,060 m², and about 50 m of steel pipe and 120 m of precision steel pipe in sizes DN 15–DN 50.
