V. is procuring building and interior planning services for the comprehensive refurbishment of the roof of office building 101 at Robert-Hooke-Straße 7, at its Bremen site. The works covered by the planning include removing and replacing the existing roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and vapour barrier. The services are based on HOAI § 34 and include special services under Annex 10.
