Cleaning services at the Lüdinghausen-Seppenrade and Marl accommodation centres

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning services at the state’s refugee accommodation centres in Lüdinghausen-Seppenrade and Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia. The work includes regular cleaning of shared living and circulation areas, offices, functional rooms, kitchenettes, dining areas, and staff and resident sanitary facilities; replenishing supplies; and carrying out intensive cleaning of residents’ rooms and isolation rooms when needed. Cleaning intervals are specified by area in the schedules: resident sanitary facilities are cleaned twice daily, while dining-room floors and tables are cleaned three times daily. Routine cleaning of occupied residents’ bedrooms is not included, but sleeping spaces must be made ready for reuse promptly after a resident leaves. The contractor must provide suitable staff and an on-site shift supervisor authorised to make decisions, and must supply cleaning products, equipment and consumables at its own expense while meeting hygiene, occupational safety and environmental requirements. Bids may cover both lots, but a bidder may be awarded only one. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid deadline is 20 October 2026 at 08:00. The bid must include, among other items, turnover, reference and business liability insurance declarations, proof of an on-site visit, and a declaration of local knowledge for each centre.
