Supply and commissioning of two 6-axis industrial robots

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of two identical heavy-duty industrial robots with at least six controlled axes, mounted on two active linear travel units, together with software and user training. Each robot must handle at least 500 kg throughout its working range, have a horizontal reach of at least 3,000 mm, weigh no more than 1,800 kg, and achieve repeatability of ±0.08 mm. Each linear unit must provide at least 3,900 mm of active travel, have a total length of no more than 5,000 mm, and reach a speed of at least 1.8 m/s. Other requirements cover controls, offline programming software, interfaces, safety, documentation and guaranteed availability of critical spare parts for at least 10 years; standard spare parts must be delivered from the central DACH-region warehouse in under 48 hours. The price schedule must include the robots, software and user training for at least two people, and the bid must state a binding latest delivery date or maximum delivery period. Bidders must provide the product’s technical data sheet, a declaration concerning Russia-related restrictions, and a signed commitment to comply with applicable pay and minimum-wage requirements. The complete bid must be submitted electronically through the DTVP platform by 13 October 2026 at 11:00. The contract is not divided into lots; variants and multiple main bids are not allowed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced bid.
