Essener Systemhaus is procuring for Essen Fire Service an on-premises software solution for standardized emergency call handling, licensed for 30 simultaneous users and integrated with the existing CELIOS version 7 dispatch system. The scope includes implementation and interfaces, production, test and training environments, maintenance, operation, support, training, project advice and a 48-month call-off consultancy allowance.
